Basic provisions

The terms and conditions regulate mutual rights, obligations and duties between the purchaser and vendor, for the purpose of an efficient mutual cooperation to mutual benefit and satisfaction, in accordance with the existing legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

The authorized person of the purchaser is considered to be any natural or legal person with legal capacity, who, by using personal information, places an order and pays for a product by means of the web shop at the address www.colibriworld.com owned by the vendor - the company VEDA LIBAR d.o.o.

The terms and conditions apply to registered users. In their initial registration, users need to fill out the requested fields of the electronic form with correct data, and the registration represents the acceptance of the terms and conditions. The personal information of the web shop user is confidential and will be used exclusively for the purposes of providing a complete service of sale and purchase.

All information, content and documents available in the web shop www.colibriworld.com represent property of the copyright holder, and may therefore not be reproduced, distributed or used in any way for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the company VEDA LIBAR d.o.o. The company VEDA LIBAR d.o.o. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Orders

Web shop users can place an order for all products within the offering of the web shop after they register with our site. Each product in the offering has a name, photo, summary description and price, expressed in HRK with the value-added tax included. The prices that are in force on the day the order is received apply.

The products can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The order is carried out by selecting a product and quantity and by placing it in the cart. After the payment method is selected, the purchaser can continue with the order or quit it. The order is considered to be received after the payment has been carried out. If the product selected is currently unavailable, you can ask for additional information by contacting us via e-mail or telephone.

The order will be confirmed with an e-mail at the latest within 1 working day from the day the order was received. If the ordered product cannot be delivered for any reason, the purchaser will be informed of this by e-mail in a timely manner, with a proposal of a solution for the situation.

Prices

All prices are expressed in HRK and include value-added tax. Special offers and prices apply until the end of the period indicated on web site or until stocks run out. The product prices do not include delivery charges, which will be indicated separately when ordering the product.

The price of a colibri book amounts to: HRK 154.00.

Payment

The web shop of the company VEDA LIBAR d.o.o. allows for the following methods of payment:

- by credit card (American Express, Diners, Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa),
- via the PayPal system,
- with a general payment slip indicating a payment to the bank account of the company VEDA LIBAR d.o.o.

In case of payment by credit card, the sales and purchase agreement will be considered to be concluded in the moment when the vendor receives the confirmation of the pre-authorization of the purchaser's credit card for the amount of the order and determines that the ordered product is available. In case of payment via the PayPal system or with a general payment slip, the agreement will be considered to be concluded in the moment when the vendor receives the confirmation of the completed payment of the amount of the order and determines that the ordered product is available.

The purchaser has the right to terminate the sales and purchase agreement in accordance with Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 56/13). The cancellation of the order and the termination of the agreement is carried out via electronic notification at the address: webshop@colibriworld.hr. If the delivery is carried out before the notice of the termination of the agreement is received, the purchaser is obliged to pay the delivery costs indicated on the issued invoice and return the product undamaged and in the original packaging within 30 days. The delivery is considered complete at the moment when the vendor submits the product to the delivery service.

In case of termination of the agreement in case of payment by credit card, the purchaser will be charged only for the part of the pre-authorized amount that refers to the delivery charges. In case of termination of the agreement in case of payments with general payment slips and via the PayPal system, the vendor is obliged to reimburse the purchaser with the amount of the order minus the delivery charges. The purchser will be reimbursed within 30 days from receiving the request for the termination of the agreement.

The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the registration and to the physical address together with the product purchased.

If you want the invoice or product delivered to an address different from the one indicated in registration, we kindly ask that you inform us of this when filling out the online purchase order, in the field 'special remarks'.

Delivery

The products ordered can be delivered on the territory of the Republic of Croatia or abroad. VEDA LIBAR d.o.o. delivers the ordered products in the shortest time possible, depending on the conditions that apply to every specific area of delivery. The purchaser will be is informed via e-mail of the moment the consignment has been dispatched. If within 30 days after the placement of the purchase order the purchaser does not receive the consignment or does not receive a notice from the web shop or delivery service, he or she is obliged to inform the vendor of this in order for the vendor to carry out the necessary actions to find the consignment or send a replacement consignment.

The purchaser is obliged to take over the consignment in the specified time period (depending on the method of delivery). Otherwise, the consignment will be returned to the vendor, who will send it again to the purchaser, with additional charges for the second delivery. The invoice will be delivered together with the product. The recipient confirms the receipt of the product by signing a delivery note.

VEDA LIBAR d.o.o. waives any responsibility in case of delivery time failures due to external circumstances that are out of its control. VEDA LIBAR d.o.o. reserves the right not to deliver a consignment ordered on the basis of a purchase order with incomplete and/or incorrect data.

The delivery charges depend on the weight of the package (quantity of products ordered) and the geographical location of the purchaser, and will be indicated separately when ordering the product.

Complaints and other provisions

The purchaser is obliged to unpack the product received and inspect it visually. The purchaser is obliged to report any damage or the delivery of a wrong product. If the purchaser notices any damage on the product delivered or if the wrong product has been delivered, the purchaser needs to return the product to the vendor (in a package guaranteeing safe transport) together with the invoice received. Complaints can be sent to the vendor by regular mail, telephone, fax or e-mail, and the vendor is obliged to respond to the complaint within 15 days from the day of its receipt.

The purchaser has the right to return a product in case its specifications do not correspond to the product ordered. In this case, the product ordered will be sent to the purchaser at the expense of the vendor and the purchaser will be reimbursed for the expenses of sending the product to the vendor.

In case the correct product cannot be delivered, the vendor will reimburse the purchaser for all postal charges for the return of the product and the price paid for the product.

Other provisions not indicated in the general provisions of the terms and conditions can be regulated and indicated in the Internet shopping process or in an e-mail message that will be received by every purchaser after the purchase order is carried out.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the purchaser agrees to their application and accepts them as an integral part of the sales and purchase agreement.

The terms and conditions as well as the relations between the user and the company VEDA LIBAR d.o.o. are subject to the legislation of the Republic of Croatia. The contracting parties will make their best efforts to resolve all disputes that result from their mutual business dealings or in connection with these dealings by mutual consent and if this is not possible, the competent court is the Zagreb Court. The purchaser enjoys all rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
